Missing Person

The Palatine Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 21 year-old Emily Truong.  On May 21st, Emily was last seen leaving her residence on foot in the 200 block of W. Johnson.  Emily was carrying 3 bags (luggage), and said that she was going to the west side of Chicago.  It was believed that she had taken public transportaion. After not hearing from her, Emily’s family reported her missing on May 26th.  Emily is approximately 5’4, 130 lbs, black/brown waist-length hair, brown eyes, and has a scar on the back of her left hand. She was last seen wearing a black tank top shirt, black leggings, a black windbreaker and black shoes. Palatine Police learned that Emily last texted her boyfriend on or around May 27th.  Since that time, there has been no further contact.
